At Mr Jones Watches, we want you to be completely happy with your unique timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure the watch remains in its original packaging with all protective films intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our London studio using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers have inspected the item to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
