Where are your watches made?
Every Mr Jones watch is designed and built in our London workshop. Our small team of experts hand-prints the dials and assembles each piece with meticulous care.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide. We offer standard and express shipping options, with tracking provided for all orders once they leave our London studio.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
How do I care for my mechanical watch?
Automatic watches wind themselves as you wear them. If you haven't worn yours for a while, give it a gentle shake or a few turns of the crown to get it started. Avoid strong magnetic fields and extreme shocks.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches are water-resistant to 5ATM, meaning they can handle splashes and rain. However, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or bathing to protect the movement and strap.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all Mr Jones watches come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects in the movement or case.
